Nectar for the Poet's Soul

My wife has a collection of tea pots, this was a new addition. It's been in the house a few months now whispering to me to paint it. It finally gets it's moment. Sometimes why we do things is not immediately clear, not even to us. I like naming my paintings with references to poetry, and I really don't know why. But recently the anniversary of my paternal grandfather's death sparked a conversation between me and my father about my grandfather. I mentioned how he would always read me his latest poem when I would visit (too infrequently) I wonder if that is where my link to poetic titles comes from?
